Dealing with really bad dental pain and some mental HPV spirals, had to change some things. Also mixing up my supplements.  Feb 16: cheated with an entire loaf of sourdough bread, supposedly unenriched but I have doubts, with broccoli cheddar soup, also had manchego raw sheep cheese Feb 17: cheated with a cinnamon roll Feb18: back on track Supplement situation:  1. 2 Life Extension Multi, 1 Bone Restore, 1 Bone Strength, turkey tail extract (waiting on the Donatini stuff), Thorne MTHF, morning and night 2. Matcha green tea in the morning, that's 250ish mg of EGCG, thinking about cutting that and adding a supplement back in but matcha has some pro-dental benefits that extract does not (alkaline mouth) 3. Dark chocolate or cocoa powder, whenever I like 4. One brazil nut, one set of natto, sometimes add in one Infinite Planet Multi 5. every other day I rotate a holistic therapies suppository. Because it's 50,000 IU of Vitamin A every 5 days, I am also doing an extra 2,500-5000 IU...

 Sunday: I don't remember some sheep cheese chicken chicken soup with veggies natto orange Monday: half a loaf of sourdough (really bad) natto blood orange banana steak string beans Tuesday broccolini, sweet potato, bell pepper, chicken banana, sourdough bread half a loaf with butter and raw garlic raw sheep cheese
