Week of February 21-Feb 27, revised protocol

Sunday: not recorded other than began Apigyn. Followed general supplements protocol.  Monday: positive HPV test. Complete Spiral. Ate garlic bread and eggplant parmesan to cope. followed prior protocol for supplements.  Tuesday: my favorite man is moving to Alaska for two months. I am in a tizzy.  Reformed protocol for HPV and Tooth 1. Coriolus and Reishi mix, one scoop 2x a day 2. Life Extension, 2 capsules 2x, rotate with 1 infinite planet when necessary to offset Vitamin A situation during Vaya Botanicals 3. Bone strength and Bone Restore, 1 capsule each 2x a day 4. Natto, once a day 5. Cruciferous veggies, 2x a day 6. Other veggies 2x a day 7. Oysters, just eat 2 a day 8. Brazil nut 1x a day 9. Matcha 2 tsp every morning 10. Blueberries mixed with some other fruit/cocoa powder every day 11. Apply Apagard to tooth every day 12. Eat carotenoid veggies when not on the Vitamin A suppositories 13. Feb 14-20

Dealing with really bad dental pain and some mental HPV spirals, had to change some things. Also mixing up my supplements.  Feb 16: cheated with an entire loaf of sourdough bread, supposedly unenriched but I have doubts, with broccoli cheddar soup, also had manchego raw sheep cheese Feb 17: cheated with a cinnamon roll Feb18: back on track Supplement situation:  1. 2 Life Extension Multi, 1 Bone Restore, 1 Bone Strength, turkey tail extract (waiting on the Donatini stuff), Thorne MTHF, morning and night 2. Matcha green tea in the morning, that's 250ish mg of EGCG, thinking about cutting that and adding a supplement back in but matcha has some pro-dental benefits that extract does not (alkaline mouth) 3. Dark chocolate or cocoa powder, whenever I like 4. One brazil nut, one set of natto, sometimes add in one Infinite Planet Multi 5. every other day I rotate a holistic therapies suppository. Because it's 50,000 IU of Vitamin A every 5 days, I am also doing an extra 2,500-5000 IU...

Supplements:  Multi: either the oneplanet multi 2x a day or one pill plus half a scoop of life extension  turkey tail+lions mane in the morning, turkey tail+reishi in the evening green tea+ turmeric, once in the morning, once at night brazil nut Trying to consider: heavy metals detox. Be very careful, as veggies can push the heavy metals back in if there is nothing to chelate with outside the bloodstream.  Sunday: soy sauce very healthy egg 4 sliced sprouted bread with butter wasabi seaweed chips red wine leftover stew with celery, carrots, zucchini, tofu avocado more of the stew, but with sweet potato, celery, quinoa, and lentils NO EXERCISE BOOOO Cleaned up bedroom and kitchen did not get all tasks completed Monday:  tuna sandwich on enriched whole grain bread.
