Food, Supplement, Exercise, Career Progress Jan 10-16, 2021

Supplements: 
Multi: either the oneplanet multi 2x a day or one pill plus half a scoop of life extension 
turkey tail+lions mane in the morning, turkey tail+reishi in the evening
green tea+ turmeric, once in the morning, once at night
brazil nut


Trying to consider: heavy metals detox. Be very careful, as veggies can push the heavy metals back in if there is nothing to chelate with outside the bloodstream. 


Sunday:

soy sauce very healthy egg
4 sliced sprouted bread with butter
wasabi seaweed chips

red wine leftover stew with celery, carrots, zucchini, tofu
avocado
more of the stew, but with sweet potato, celery, quinoa, and lentils

NO EXERCISE BOOOO
Cleaned up bedroom and kitchen
did not get all tasks completed

Monday: 

tuna sandwich on enriched whole grain bread. BOOOO. just experimenting. don't do it again it's bad stuff. it is definitely the bread. 
two slices sprouted bread with supposedly okay earth balance vegan butter
tofu kimchi stew with enoki mushroom
pickled mustard with cod 
mixed the red wine leftovers with the tofu stew, added shiitake mushroom and sweet potato

3 miles walk 

used vitanica yeast arrest 

Tuesday:

pumpkin seed, maple almond, and brazil nut, soaked then blended with turmeric and green tea
blackberries (1/2 box in the morning with the mylk, 1/2 box in the evening with raw sheep aged cheese)
kimchi sweet potato soup with broccoli

finished wasabi chips, ate lentil chips
6 slices of sprouted bread with butter
finished the kimchi sweet potato soup with broccoli!
a little bit of mustard soup
evening snack raw sheep aged cheese (not sure, it looks like it could actually be healthy?)
all the dark meat on a supposedly organic chicken

1 mile walk 

Wednesday


roasted cauliflower
cashew flax seed brazil nut hazelnut 
veggie soup

6 slices of sprouted bread with butter 
sweet potato, zucchini, and broccoli with raw sheep milk flavor
roasted chicken leftovers
vegan TJ meatballs with tomato sauce and raw sheep milk flavor
papaya with lime 
more veggie soup (shiitake, date, chicken, celery, garlic)

NO EXERCISE BOOOO

Thursday

boy choy with shiitake
3 mini sweet potatoes with butter (maybe bad?) 
more veggie soup (dumped leftover zucchini and broccoli)

Friday?
I finished the goat cheese on this day
something with maitake
something with arugula
veggie soup
mango
something shiitake

Saturday?
Pork belly with arugula
persimmon
hummus
bell pepper
raw garlic
