Supplements: 

one femecology +2 AHCC empty stomach
one half scoop life extension or my natures life whole foods multi 
2 oysters, 1 selenium nut (for zinc and selenium, remember 2 oysters have about 30mcg selenium as well, and remember chicken has 2.5g zinc per serving)
morning: turkey tail+ lion's mane+ 680 mg Omega 3 fish oil
evening: turkey tail+ reishi
snack: 1mg MTHF
2 capsules of turmeric+green tea (400,400)
Optional-ish: Aloe juice, Vitamin C, Immuvir

Papilocare for now, a Vitanica Yeast Arrest for prevention only so far for last week and this week =)

Sunday:

sausage and keto pancakes with blueberries and maple syrup and raw garlic
avocado with spaghetti squash and cauliflower potato carrot celery soup
grapefruit
turmeric milk with cinnamon, cardamom, cocoa powder

Exercise: 4 miles! Good job!

Monday: 

shiitake mushroom with bok choy, sprinkled with mustard powder
cauliflower, potato, sweet potato, carrot, lentil, mung bean, celery soup with mustard powder
kombucha in the multivitamin

No Exercise, but did clean up most of apartment and completed paperwork

Stayed up late watching television and wasting eyes =( also used Kanka 

Tuesday: 

shiitake mushroom with bok choy, sprinkled with mustard powder
cauliflower, potato, sweet potato, carrot, lentil, mung bean, celery soup with mustard powder
apple sauce and aloe juice mixed into the morning mushroom blend
2/3 of an herb roasted chicken

2.5 mile walk

used yeast arrest and had weird stuff coming out on Wednesday

Wednesday: 

Baked vegetable chips
Sprouted bread with butter 2 slices

Vegetable soup with quinoa, lentils, cauliflower, carrot, sweet potato, celery, and mustard powder
Parmesan crisps
Pear
Chinese spicy fish soup with cod, rape seed sprouts, fern bracken, bean sprouts, napa, black fungus, chili oil, ginger, tofu shirataki 

2.5 mile walk

Thursday: 

8 slices of sprouted bread with butter -_- (I don't know if this is bad, maybe it's actually good?)
1/3 of an herb roasted chicken (same here)
Chinese soup with mostly napa, carrot, and black fungus, some fern bracken and tofu shirataki left, added miso in the end to help with the mushroom powder and oyster
avocado snack
Fusion Chinese soup with added tomato sauce, shiitake, green beans, and corn
carrot orange apple smoothie with aloe vera juice (and the mushroom powder)
kale chips, maple sugar sprouted almonds, date hemp square (all of these are definitely junk-ish)

.5 mile walk (not enough, but better than none) 

Friday:

kale chips
brazil nut, cashew, maple sugar almond, flax seed milk with oatmeal and raspberries
cod with kale, tomato, butternut squash, made with turmeric, coconut milk, chili oil
2 slices of sprouted bread with butter 
wasabi seaweed chips 


1.5 milk walk?
20 minutes dancing 


Saturday:

brazil nut, cashew, maple sugar almond, flax seed milk with blackberries and kiwi 
red wine beef stew with celery, carrots, flavored with thyme, rosemary, tomato paste, onions
whole wheat pasta with parsley, mixed red and green cabbage, truffle oil, sumac 

cocoa powder red wine pomegranate spiced apples and pear with mint and a tiny bit of whipped cream

3 mile walk with 15 minutes power walk
