2 soup dumplings (CHEAT: wheat and ground pork)
meatloaf with raw garlic (CHEAT: sugar and ground beef)
bite of ice cream (CHEAT: dairy and sugar)

Monday: 
Cauliflower, carrot, celery, cabbage soup with mustard powder
sweet potato (steamed in curry)
blueberries
Curry with okra, eggplant, lentils, with turmeric and black pepper, with some wheat dumplings (possible CHEAT because of wheat dumplings)
3 soup dumplings (CHEAT: wheat and ground pork) 
2 smarty pants women's multivitamins with 2g sugar (counting this as a CHEAT because sugar) 
persimmon 
kale and swiss chard with raw garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar
daikon with miso, anchovy, and perilla leaf

Tuesday:

Daikon radish with mustard powder (the mustard powder made a difference!)
apple with almond butter
barbecue chicken and garlic roasted chicken
jasmine rice and not tasty epoisse cheese (what as waste of a cheat)
roasted brussel sprouts, carrots, and broccoli with raw kale, mango, and coconut and beets

Wednesday:
one papaya
mung bean pancake (I think it had pork)
pomegranate lamb with rosemary and garlic and cashew hazelnut onion blend
roasted string beans, broccoli, peas, and sweet potato
spaghetti squash with olive oil 
dark chocolate
kombucha

Thursday: 
two bowls of veggie soup (cauliflower, carrot, cabbage, celery, sweet potato, string beans) with mustard powder
natto

one bowl of fried onions
Korean clam porridge with rice, rape flower sprout, bean sprouts, fern, tofu, and seaweed
apple with almond butter
kombucha

no exercise

Friday:

edamame beans, lightly salted
lightly sauteed anchovies
vinegar sauteed lotus 
golden turmeric coconut milk with black pepper

grass fed beef steak
cauliflower cabbage celery carrot soup
potato lentil mung bean rosemary sweet potato soup with tomato
apple pear crisp made with grass-fed butter, pumpkin seed, cashew, oatmeal, and hazelnut, no added sugar
